Another 15-year-old boy was hit in the foot, and a 21-year-old woman received a graze wound to her leg before being released from a local hospital.
The University of Delaware has canceled classes for Monday to allow the student body and staff time to recover from the incident. The university stated that the decision is not driven by any specific safety concerns. Newark Police continue their investigation and are asking the public for photos, videos, or other information regarding the event.
